COVID-19 Update

To Our Loyal Partners,

Since the announcement of COVID-19, Printelect has been doing our part in honoring the CDC and government recommendations by limiting staff and providing remote working options. As the state of our community changes by the day, we know we must take stronger action to limit the spread of COVID-19. Today we have made the difficult decision to close our New Bern office starting Monday, March 23 for one week as we monitor the progress of the Coronavirus. We will make decisions about extending that closure every Friday going forward. Printelect is taking our responsibility to protect the well being of our employees, families, customers and community seriously. It is with that responsibility in mind that we made this decision.

In the interim, our staff will be working remotely from home to to provide a smooth experience for you. Please continue to reach out to Sales, Coding, Field Services, Elections Products and Ballot Printing contacts via email or cell phone as we will continue to monitor those daily. If you have an emergency need, we will try to honor those on a case by case basis.

While this remains a challenging time for us all, we are inspired by the support of our community, customers, and loved ones. We appreciate your understanding as we do our part in keeping our team and community safe.
